YORK, Maine — A police officer riding a Harley-Davidson collided with a deer early Friday morning and the officer, the deer and the motorcycle were all unscathed, said Sgt. Gary Finley.

"He was very, very lucky," said Finley of officer Shaun Darrow, who was riding the full dress Harley when a deer ran into the motorcycle's fairing.
